1. Using the site
Don't break it, don't scrape it at industrial volume, and don't impersonate us or anyone else. Otherwise, browse freely.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Let us know immediately if it's compromised.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices in USD unless noted. We reserve the right to cancel orders with obvious pricing errors and refund in full.
4. Shipping & risk
Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Lost or damaged parcels are covered by our shipping insurance — see Shipping & returns.
5. Returns
30 days, opened or sealed, full refund. Details on the Shipping & returns page.
6. The Club
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Already-shipped jars are yours to keep.
7. Intellectual property
Photography, copy, and the SeaSpices marks are ours. You can share links, screenshots in reviews, and quotes with credit. Commercial reuse needs written permission.
8. Liability
We sell salt. We do our best to make it accurate, traceable, and food-safe. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the jar.
9. Governing law
Indonesian law, courts of Denpasar, Bali. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory rights.
