Plain-English privacy

What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, shipping address), order history, and the basics every site collects (IP, browser, pages visited). Nothing more than what we need to ship a jar and improve the product.
Why we collect it
To fulfil orders, to run the SeaSpices Club, to send the Tide Letter if you've opted in, and to make the site less broken over time. We never sell or rent your data — that's a hard rule.
Who we share it with
Payment processors (Stripe), shipping carriers (DHL, JNE), and our transactional email provider. Each receives only the minimum needed to do their job. Full sub-processor list available on request.
How long we keep it
Order records: 7 years (tax law). Account data: until you delete the account. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Anonymous analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing privacy@seaspices.id. EU/UK residents have the full set of GDPR rights; we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies for cart and login. Optional analytics cookies only with consent (banner on first visit). No third-party advertising cookies, period.
